Nam June Paik’s drawings that look like children’s spontaneous doodling do not have a set format or a distinct theme, yet one can notice a recurrent composition. Tangled lines of primary colors in disarray suggest TV scanning lines; elements of nature such as flowers, the human face and body, and vehicles of transportation can be seen; and a certain composition to embrace all this. In this drawing, one can see star-like flowers fenced in, with cars filing past it.
